Two of the WINC students have submitted their first journal papers, "Opportunistic Secrecy with a Strict Delay Constraint" submitted to the IEEE Transactions on Information Theory & " Cognitive MAC Protocols for General Primary Network Models" , submitted to the IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing.
