Two of the WINC students have submitted their first papers to the IEEE International Symposium on Information Theory (ISIT) 2009 to be held in Seoul, Korea.The first paper "The MIMO Wireless Switch: Relaying Can Increase the Multiplexing Gain" is in the Communication Theory area while the second paper "On the Delay Limited Secrecy Capacity of Fading Channels" is in the Cryptography and Security area.
